Our project repurposes discarded glass, preventing it from reaching landfills, and crafts it into stunning vanity tops, bar tops, table tops, and custom surfaces. We aim to reduce environmental waste and promote sustainable living. Our purpose is to contribute to a circular economy by turning waste into valuable products. We partner with local communities and artisans, fostering job creation and fair compensation. Our impact includes significant waste reduction, community empowerment, and promoting environmental consciousness. Through our Eco Tops we combine innovation with sustainability, aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Annually, millions of tons of glass waste are generated globally, with Kenya contributing significantly. Our project diverts this waste by recycling and repurposing it into high-quality, sustainable countertops and surfaces. This initiative addresses the market's lack of eco-friendly, durable, and aesthetically pleasing alternatives. By providing a sustainable product, we reduce landfill waste, promote circular economy practices, and create jobs. Our impact includes mitigating environmental harm, conserving natural resources, and fostering community development through environmental education. The other, Carolyne, has a strong background in Human Resources, with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
