We are a tech company that has designed an app that links Human resources to need on instantly through a push notification. Our main focus was in healthcare but with the role based system we have created we are able to be fluid enough to serve almost all sectors as long as they manage their labor on shift basis.

We are trying to reduce the miss-match between labor and need through creation of the ability to hail additional staff on a need basis

Perfect match between labor and need as the system allows organisations to start lean and build up on need basis Realtime monitoring of HR costs as the system is able to reconcile this in real time based on the number of employees working at that particular time Real time monitoring of changes as well as trends for planning purposes

Healthcare heavy but with ability to serve all other sectors working with a rota to manage their workforce

06.08 Justification for my startup

This product has the ability to create a whole new economy, the gig economy, with the ability to open up borders and formalising the informal sector while at it. it comes at a time when connectivity across borders is a discussion a lot of stakeholders are having currently.

06.09 Competitive Analysis

Currently, the biggest competitor is the permanent and pensionable schemes companies are having, but with the rise in taxation and cost of production, a gig economy would be the preferred option.
