Describe your project or startup in a few words

My project deal with beauty. In this case I have started with a barbershop and salon, aiming at introducing all beauty services and products as time goes.

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

My beauty shop located in rift valley, Nakuru county. Is currently dealing with haircuts , chemical, dying, facials, hair dressing,, dreadlocks, (starters and retouch). planning to have more and introduce other services like pedicure, manicure and massage. also I do training to young people who are willing to join us in this field and this gives an idea of starting a beauty college as times goes.. To feel satisfied in the first step I need to see that in one shop there are not less than 15 young people working. This will lead opening up branches and expand the business.

Unemployment of young people.

As it was from before, beauty has been like a basic need.our skin health is a priority in everybody's life all the time. We give best looks when it comes to haircut, hairdressing, facials, pedicure. We also have best knowledge kin massage though we are to introduce that due to lack enough capital.

Our service aims at all from kids to adults. This is because we deal and planing to deal with anything to do with beauty, services and products.

Fine my plan is to come up with big team working in beauty industry in this case my start up project. So far I have brought together 12 young people whom I want to help them feature into beauty. Those are the one that have shown interest in beauty field. Also I have been into many counties, thus developing an idea of opening branches from my idea.

For now I have trained 2 and am planning to do it more. This is to make sure if anyone is passionate about something they don't need sometimes to pay more for training. In this case you find in most college you pay first before starting to learn. And if one is not able to cater for fee it becomes a challenge. For me I came up with an idea where I train you first then after you start working you pay later. Also training them Tobe of good morals.

We make sure both gender join and work together. Giving them reason why we happened to have both gender on earth. What a gent can do best may be a lady can't. You will find our thinking is different, so we get different thinking ideas hence expansion in the field.

06.08 Justification for my startup

Beauty products is a worldwide thing, the only difference is the type and quality of products. For example when dealing with long hair maintainance, we get deeper to different products due to different hair texture. At this point we aiming in making it easy come up with one product that can fulfill both needs. This will be a new one/version from the old one.

06.09 Competitive Analysis

Physical appearance deal with both dressing and facial appearance, in this case head and face. So fashion and design are our main competitors. I easy stand out because in my field, we get new products regularly this making us have new styles every time and easy..

Yes. Mobilizing to have training for young ladies to get knowledge of the careers they can feature into. And like in this century ladies are seemed to getting into all sectors of work. This making it easy to have female entrepreneur.
