Our focus in this Challenge is on the Animal Feeds Section, Specifically where we Apply the Circular Economy Model by acquiring Brewers Spent Grains, Brewers Wet and Dry Yeast from Brewing Companies In Kenya and Uganda. We then repackage and preserve using special storage bags because spent gains require to be kept in anaerobic conditions to extend their longer shelve life and to enhance further microbial metabolism to take place. Through the manner in which we store and Preserve the products, It is worth noting that, we further our Circular Economy Model since we get our special "Silver bags" from Nuts Importing Firms who also regard these bags as wastes. Most of these products are stored in anaerobic conditions for preservation hence our need to go for special storage bags for which in this case we reuse plastic bags which would have polluted the environment. 3. Unemployment and Poverty reduction, section of our customers are low income earners who rely on livestock keeping to support their livelihoods. Owing to the perishability of our product, many customers had to avoid using spent grains for lack of knowledge on how to keep it fresh and consumable for a longer time. Even though, the product may not be new, it's usage and economic value had gone down until I introduced the new preservation method of using locally available and re-cycled/ reused bags that we source locally. I believe that the storage idea of storing brewers Spent Grains in anaerobic conditions is a new technology that elongates it's shelve life and adds value. As to whether the product responds to the demand in the market, I give it a resounding yes since the uptake of the product indicates an unending demand due it's Nutritional value and the cost.

Secondly, we have maintained an impressive connection with my clients to the extent that we have won their loyalty which is actually priceless to us as an entrepreneurs. Therefore this simple innovation, coupled with an impeccable bussines ethic and connection to our clients have made me stand out from my competitors. We coined the slogan to be "Quality is Our Other Name", to underscore our commitment to offering quality products to our customers at all time.
