Rise autoworld is a company that is currently offering tailor made service packages to customers. We offer home based service or mobile service for our clients. Currently also engaged in parts supplies also to specific customers. Also involved in imports.

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

Rise autoworld llp is a garage located in Ruiru Kiambu county, specifically in corner behind shell northlands. We offer tailor made service packages to our customers, may it be home service, pick up and delivery of cars and also a fully fledged garage that is also undergoing upgrades. We also supply parts and import our own parts from various parts of the world. Working on getting an app where customers can order parts from their homes and also get mechanic services from the same app.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Currently we are trying to solve the issue of getting quality auto repairs and accessibility to quality parts, Especially on brands that have no dealers in Kenya or parts are difficult to source. Currently mostly involved in Indian brands

The major benefits of using our services and goods includes : customers get their fleet running and serviced at their own convenience low downtime incase parts are non available locally. Trust in your personal car since the service is tailored to your personal preference Rescue and breakdown recovery anywhere you are.

This startup is set to benefit any motor vehicle owner disgruntled at the current offers in the market and fleet owners. We are also interested in corporate tenders of supply and provision of auto parts and auto repair services.

John Ndungu currently out of the country pursuing greener pastures, A great mechanic with over 15 years in auto repairs. Also the owner of the land we are currently using. He is a great team leader and resource mobilizer. Peter is the second partner, over 20 years in the industry with some training in India and wins in competitions. Great with people and looking for clients.

We are currently supporting a government goal of having more youths go through TVET institutions where they learn needed skills. We are currently looking at this young people train them and support them with a little renumeration, encourage them also to look for their own clients and that way create wealth for themselves and also free to use our own resources.

We are an extension of services because we offer a variety of services. We are an improvement because what is available in the market is fixed mechanics. we offer mobile services and flexible options.

My main competitors are mainstream auto dealers and garages.. I am better due to the flexibility we offer and our mobile workshop that can work anywhere. Our flexibility to also offer parts as per our clients liking.
