Thousands of households and fruit industries generate waste daily and among the waste generated is from fruit peelings.Out of this we can get vinegar, bio-enzyme cleaner and even fertilizer which are all environment friendly and economical.

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

Bio-enzyme cleaner is one environmental friendly cleaning agent that can be obtained from fruit peelings such as orange rinds,pineapple peelings and even apple peelings just to name a few.This involves cleaning of the peels and adding sugarcane/molasses and dissolving it in water to ferment for 3 months in order to obtain a cleaning enzyme that could use a few additives(surfactants) to help make a cleaning product.In the fermentation process vinegar can be obtained and used for as a cleaning agent for food/fruits or even cleaning kitchen countertops.The additives used are decyl glucoside and cocamidopropyl betaine which gives it the ability to lather and foam.Out of this Bio-enzyme we can get hand washing liquid, dishwashing liquid,gels, deodorant sprays,shampoos,toilet cleaners and laundry detergent.It is environmental and skin friendly,saves on water and money and also provides waste water with beneficial bacteria to help in decomposition of waste matter.

The problems I seek to solve are; 1.Make use of the fruit peelings 2.Produce an environmental and skin friendly product. 3.Help get rid of harmful products that get their way into our water bodies 4.Produce fertilizer that is free of chemical and enhance food production 5.Make products that are affordable to each and every personal.
