01.01 Describe your startup in more detail
Neighbourhood pharmacies account for up to 66% of primary care-givers in Africa. Despite their crucial role in healthcare, they are not digitally equipped for last-mile delivery. Though our platform, neighbourhood pharmacies are able to access; 1.Telepharmacy 2.Digitised pharmacy business management tools. 3.Embedded financial products.

Neighborhood pharmacies face the following challenges; 1.Last-mile delivery to their end-users. 2.Pharmacy business management. 3.Working capital.

Our platform is decentralised yet integrated. This is to mean that our customers can start by utilising any one of our modules and upgrade seamlessly with demand. This enables us to work with pharmacies of any size and grow together.
01.04 Please describe who exactly your startup’s product/service is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?
Neighbourhood pharmacies. They are characterised by operating in estates, petrol stations as well as health clinics. They have an average staff of 2-3 with 80% of their stock being pharmaceutical products.
