Fishers Entertainment and Events Ltd seeks to be organising entertainment events, we have power to significantly influence society by creating employment opportunities for youth, promoting local and up-and-coming artists, improving event coordination services, boosting the creative economy through the theatre and film, and fostering company expansion. The methods by which this can be accomplished are broken down as follows: Creating Jobs for Youth: - Offering Opportunities for Training and Internships. Providing opportunities for training, internships, and apprenticeships in several fields, including videography, music production, event management, and other entertainment services. Employing Youth in Entry-Level Positions, Choosing and appointing youth for entry-level positions in event planning, promotion, coordination, and customer service, which provides them with valuable work experience and competencies. As well as promoting social cohesion and promote creative economy in Kenya.

He is a script writer and director of all genres in theatrical items both stage and screen items. Besides pursuing a course in bachelor's degree in development studies, Lucasa trains young people in colleges and high schools in both drama and music festivals. Working for Fisher's Entertainment and Events limited company is not only a blessing but also a calling to serving humanity in the best possible way. On other hand Jumah Gebriel dynamic individual with a solid foundation in Business Management, Finance, and Accounting, having successfully earned a degree in the field. With a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, over years he has developed a deep understanding of financial principles and practices. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Juma, demonstrates a commitment to excellence and professionalism in the financial realm.
