01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

My startup is in the development stage building a self-service fuel dispenser. This system can be integrated to existing dispensers that are already setup or custom pumps installed if a petrol station does not yet have a dispenser.

problems that are experienced in petrol stations that we are trying to solve are: - High Operating Costs - Inefficient operations - Insecure transactions - Lack Customer Loyalty programs.

- Reduced Operational costs. - with no attendants operating costs will reduce. -Secure transactions. fuel will only be dispensed after payment confirmation. - Efficient operations - no hassle of following up payments and keeping customer for payments to be confirmed manually. -Customer Engagement and Loyalty programs - all customers will have access to loyalty points. -

06.08 Justification for my startup

Currently petrol station management systems provide an almost similar product as they also offer cards and ensure to track sales made by specific attendants. but this extends further their capabilities by bringing on board customers with no cards. This is also something new because, as per now , I don't know of any petrol stations in Kenya that are self-service.

06.09 Competitive Analysis

My main competitors are products offered by petrol station management systems like volane and artisoft. What makes us stand out is our self-service capabilities. On boarding customers fast and customer loyalty programs for everyone.
