Learnly Africa is an educational technology startup focused on providing affordable and accessible online learning solutions to students across Africa. Our platform offers a wide range of courses, interactive learning tools, and personalized support to enhance educational outcomes for learners from primary to tertiary levels. We have curated programs in Data Analytics and HR Analytics, recognizing the importance of understanding data analytics regardless of whether you are a business owner or an employee. Mastery in data analytics empowers individuals to make informed decisions and enhances their career prospects in today's data-driven world. We also work with African organizations to connect them with Tech Talent through our Recruitment Services.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
The 4th Industrial Revolution is upon us, integrating technology into every corner of our lives. Unfortunately, there's a shortage of skilled professionals in the tech industry in Africa. In PwC’s 22nd Annual Global CEO Survey, 65% of African CEOs said the skills shortage was preventing them from innovating effectively, while 59% conceded that their quality standards and customer experience were being undermined. In addition, 54% confirmed that they were missing their growth targets because of inadequate skills. Our programs aim to equip students with the necessary skills to thrive in this evolving landscape.
