It is an introduction to a one stop shop high-end couture based in Eldoret town that aims at giving haute products including accessories and services in terms of both quality and class .

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

This is a start up that is driven by my passion as acreative and even more so as a fashion designer by profession who had identified a great market gap in Eldoret and the country at large. O&N KIDS HAUTE COUTURE is a business venture that is passionate about boosting and maintaining the confidence of our clients by producing the most elegant of designs. This is done as a specialty and above everything my goal is for my clothline to be known for kids bridal especially because most people tend to believe that stylish and classy garments cannot be made locally which is just a theory that will only be changed by action and awareness of our capabilities which i believe will bring forth the rise to international levels. Having an event to showcase all our products annually is a strategy to incorporate inorder to create awareness and market my products which justifies the need for funding for my start up.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The main problem I'm trying to solve is the belief that an product has to be imported in order for it to be of good quality which is a way of enriching other countries instead of ours. It's already enough that we as a country have to export fabric .I also aim at solving the problem of having to visit so many different shops therefore i plan to avail everything you could think of just for a kid's look to be complete just as illustrated on the diagram on my profile. This will make it easier for a client as the less the movement the less they spend. I also hope to solve the problem of any kid feeling left out in any trendy outfit due to a particular body size since being a couture a client gets to have their desired design in their specific measurement .

1.couture - The advantage is that a product is made to exactly suit the measurements just as desired . 2. Kids get to enjoy and have confidence in their childhood as most products will be made through getting inspiration from what's best for them. 3. It will be a way to save on money that could have gone to the export revenue. 4. This will help boost our county and the nation at large by this advancements. 5. It's a contribution to the growth of the country financially through tax payments.

My startup's product is aimed at serving quality,class,style and elegance and value for money all together. My targeted beneficiaries are children below 12 years because they're mostly left out especially because they tend to be left out or forced to have only what is available when getting exported ready made garments in retail outlets .

My start up contributes to No poverty since by teaching art to kids as part of O&N KIDS means nurturing talent in creativity which is a highly beneficial to the society since it's a source of income when monetized resulting to sustainability for an individual therefore a better world for everyone. There's also the the aspect of creating opportunities for kids to model at every annual showcasing event which translates to an income generating activity for participants which is a promise of financial security even in future through encouragement of saving and a promise of better living standards hence poverty elimination. Growth of the startup also translates to creation of employment which is betterment of lifestyle through income earned and again that means a gain for the country through tax.

My startup is a specialization in kids fashion designs specifically coming in as a haute couture which means bringing home elegance ,class and style. My start up came about to fill in the gap that is filled by exports . Its a set up that will produce kids bridal and caual outfits and a the same time make accessories to go along with them,source kids colognes and shoes from within and do kids events and provide a platform for them to practice art in the same party making this a one stop shop where everything is in it's most elegant nature and most importantly locally made.
