My project will be dealing with Computers both hardware and Software. As the Technology is keeping on changing, it is very necessary for people to eadily have access to all latest details on technology. Therfore, all computer solutions shall be offered.

Due to high demand in computer hardware and software services, the industry of technology is growing, hence by the change of technology as a factor it motivates the owner to venture into this kind of business. The business shall require modern machines which are subjected to change of technology and skilled personal to cope up with the competitors from other firms within the area.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

By the field work which I did myself, I noticed that the area was highly populated comprising 60% young people whose demand for computer hardware and software services e.g. laptops, phones, computers e.t.c was very high.

Due to high demand in computer hardware and software services, the industry of technology is growing, hence by the change of technology as a factor it motivates the owner to venture into this kind of business, because: 1. It will create Job Opportunities 2. It will bring technology more closer to doorstep 3. It will encourage people to be technology orientated

Jagoal Computer Hardware and Software dealers shall be a sole proprietorship form of business since it shall be owned by one person. Cheap products offered by the enterprise/dealers example of such form are: Nyamira electronic dealers offers products which are of high quality and is situated at a good position where all the customers reach easily but the employees are non-skilled selling products not knowing their names Kericho computer services dealers is another enterprise that is known widely due to its skilled labour offering quality products and conducting promotions and road shows. They are situated strategically in a bus station and they are near a busy road. Due to its poor management and its uncooperative staff has failed Kisii cyberlink and computer services dealers situated in kisii town offers poor services
