Reducing Medication Non-Adherence, chronic disease management and mental health. When employees struggle to afford medications, they may skip doses or stop taking them altogether. This can lead to worsening health conditions and increased healthcare costs in the long run. By making medications more affordable, the project encourages adherence and promotes better health outcomes. There are increased chances of preventing acute episodes of diseases by providing regular medications. With the affordable medication, individuals are able to manage their chronic conditions effectively. Managing physical health effectively reduces stress and anxiety associated with chronic diseases leading to better mental health outcomes.
