As the name implies(Hybrid),the project is one of its kind.Its categorised under geen energy.it utilizes solar energy from the sun to run it. It employs five aspects.Firstly electrical, mechanical,digital and conding softwares.Please consider it.Thankyou.

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

1.Solar pannel is used to collect solar energy from the sun.Its then stored and used to run a steper motor.Part of it used to generate magnetic field on the magnit disk 2.Stepper motor is controlled by microcontrollers and by conding software programs 3.When powed,the stepper motor rotates and at the same time it rotates the magnid disk fixed on it producing motion. 4.As the magnid disk is rotated,it generates magnetic flux on the stator embended on it through mutual induction principle 5.The magnetic flux produces an alternating current( AC) power which is rectified filted and stored in the capacitor 6.Its then stepped up by a step up transformer to the desied range 7.Part of it is recycled through negative feed back mechanism and used to charge the capacitors during for use during off peak periods or during the night. 8.And lastly,a consumer or output gadget can be prugged in and therefore its ready for use.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Its believed that energy would neither be cheap nor be adequate.Especially with increasing population,developments in technology,economic developments rural and urban growth and other emerging issues, its wise to keep on developing new forms of energy and developing on the ones that are available to cater for these needs that are rising. This project cuts across many sectors where it can be of greate use.

1. Coninience-it can be used easily without difficulties by every one. 2. Economise space-the gadget sits on a half fit length,half fit width and a half fit height hence can be used even in a single room occupant 3. Economic development .The project would be a source of income to the employees and the country at large 4. Null pollution.the gadget posses no threat to the environment,land and water bodies 5.Re-usable.most of electronic devices are usually disposed but this one can be reused again 6.Portable even to remote places 7.Employment. Direct and indirect employment to the young men and women 8.Source of income. It offers attractive salaries and wages to the employees. 9. economic growth and development. Through taxes and revenues. 10.Poverty eradication. Employees can earn a living through which they improve their lives. 11.Its a clean form of energy compared to firewood and charcoal 12.Protects the environment.It prevents deforestation and degradation of the natural resources.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your startup’s product/service is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

The project cuts across most sectors.it depends on the customers need. Categorically,catering services,hotels and restraunt would be the most beneficially.Because its portable,light,small in size therefore can be used in events even on remote areas. Every one willing to purchase promote and use the project would be our beneficialy The project is designed in a manner that it can be modified to suite specific requirements of the beneficialy which increases its market scope and its competitivenes. For instance it can be modified to use electrical cookers ,heaters,water dispensers,home lighting,solar pumps for irrigation and many others.

The project brought on board five experts.one partner is an electrical engineer,the second one a mechanical engineer, the third one digital engineer,the forth a computer wizard and the last one a genius on softwarers and conding programs. Eng kirui is a mechanical engineer from technical university of kenya and works on a mechanical in industrial area nairobi Evans is an electrical engineer from mombasa technical colledge and works uzima uhai hospital as an electrical engineer Dorothy is a computer geneus and owns a cyber within the town Eng. Makori is a software specialist and studied at kenyatta university .he works at a nation media group. Mr. Munyua is a senior lecturer at kenya school of mass communication and is a specialist in digital electronics Eng kelvin is an electrical engineer from technical university of kenya.He is a electronic merchandise within nairobi city and the inniciator of the project.

The project eleviates poverty by creating numerous employment opportunities thus bringing about economic developments New businesses have emerged meaning the residents could start businesses that need electric power to operate.An example is on farming where farmers could use solar pumbs for irrigation to boost their crop production. Women could start outside catering businesses and events which would boost them financially.

06.08 Justification for my startup

As enery can only be transformed from one form to another,yes there are previous versions in the market.whats important is the new developments which adaptability is quite easy.Therefore we concentrate on new improvements and developments which are readily acceptable in the society. This project can claim its originality since its not a copycut from else where neither a modification of the existing ones rather its as a result of increased knowledge and advancement in technology.

06.09 Competitive Analysis

My potential rivals include Solar energy companies,which have already penetrated in the slums and rural areas,Energy saver jikos,Energy saver cookers among others. This project is one of its kind and introduces its selve even before its spoken about.it employs a supper technology which every one would admire compared to theirs.Its also a clean form of energy which is convinient for every one.It also saves time which is spent when going to refill especially in rural areas where residents are far away from market places.it also saves transportation expenses among others.Also catastrophies like gas explossions are much avoided if this project were to be employed fully.

11.05 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

Female enterpreneurship is on top of the list.we conduct seminas to enlightnen them on the emerging issues,ways they can employ to generate their own income.for instance we formed a women selfhelp group where the use banana tree tranks to produce carrier bags which are environment friendly for sale and its fairing very well. We also go to churches to meet and talk to women.we also go to universities and secondary schools for career talk shows and the list is endless. Therefore we are trying our best and we will keep doing it even in the future.
