01.01 Describe your startup in more detail
Twin8 shopping center is a web base platform designed to take advantage of the growing e-commerce market in Kenya and the rest of African countries. We aim to tap the advantages of the growing e-commerce industry in Africa by design a web platform that offer the following services to our users. 1. A platform for local providers to sell their goods and services. 2. A platform for local and international customers to buys goods and services. 3. Incorporate Secured digital payment systems such as m-pesa, 4. Easy to use user interface. 5. Incorporate videos for our products and services descriptions instead of images and texts. These videos will incorporate detailed research about the products or services being sold. Thereby saving our customers a lot of research time. Beyond buying and selling of products and services, we aim to solve addition problems facing our society such as agricultural and health care innovation, using the same platform.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
Utilisation of the available resources in the country Kenya while outsmarted the traditional methods replacing with modern methods .Kenya is developing though poverty is still on the rise .Twin 8 will make it easier for Kenyan made products to be visible to the outside world .It will offer a free platform for the non governmental organisations to share what they are curbing and what they have achieved so far creating awareness of the sustainable development goals as courses will also be available.

06.08 Justification for my startup
E-commerce industry in Kenya is currently dominated by two large E-commerce Companies. Jumia and Kilimall. Jumia is a Nigerian Company while Kilimall is Chinese Company. Twin8 is a Kenyan Startup Company made by Kenyan.
06.09 Competitive Analysis
Twin8 will face the following direct competitors: 1. Jumia (a Nigerian company). 2. Kilimall (a Chinese company). Competitors weakness: 1. Delivery: Both Jumia an Kilimall offer paid delivery services. 2. Delivery Duration: Both Jumia and Kilimall deliver customer's orders in at least 5 business days or more. 3. User expensive: Both Jumia and Kilimall platforms are not easier for new user to navigate easly.

I am intiating actions within my community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs. This is after the last drought that hit the country lasting 2 yrs leaving pastorally with very heavy loses .The drought enabled women to expound in other ways of earning to be precise in Kajiado county which is rich in culture .Ushanga stepped in and there is on going communication between Ushanga and Twin 8 on possible partnership by the end of this Yr .Most of the people in Ushanga are women .They really utilise the massai beads and make artfacts which are later sold outside the country or also within the country thus increasing exports in the country.
