01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The main problem we're tackling is the improper disposal of waste, leading to environmental degradation and health hazards. Through recycling and renewable energy initiatives, we seek to minimize waste sent to landfills, promote sustainable practices, and create economic opportunities for communities. Secondly, green entrepreneurs in Kenya face obstacles hindering their growth. These include lack of access to adequate production facilities and prohibitive legislation. Many aspiring green businesses struggle to find affordable and suitable spaces equipped with necessary infrastructure for eco-friendly manufacturing. Navigating through complex regulatory frameworks can be daunting, deterring entrepreneurs from entering the market or expanding their operations. DreamWeave addresses these issues by providing plug-and-play industrial spaces and support services tailored to green entrepreneurs' needs. We aim to break down barriers to entry, enabling aspiring eco-entrepreneurs to thrive.

Kelvin's leadership roles in various organizations, including Serene Haven Community-Based Organization and Ogive Agricultural and Environmental Solutions, demonstrate his commitment to creating social impact and promoting sustainable development. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Personality Skills and Entrepreneurship Development and has been recognized as a Fellow of the Tony Elumelu Foundation's BeGreen Africa Entrepreneurship Program.
