We are planning to create a ussd code which will work the same as our ehailing app. The ussd code is to allow clients without smartphone to have access of requesting for a ride without an app with the assistance of our call center.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Since ehailing app is becoming the future safety public transportation compare to traditional taxi. I would like to create a ussd code which will allow clients to request by dialing the code on their phone which will send notifications to the call center which will allocate a ride for the client who requested. Most of the job will be done at the call center where we will recruit agent to assist offline clients that request rides without using the app. With ussd code every one with a mobile number can request for a ride. Ussd code will provide more job opportunities to every town that Namride will operate as the will be a demand of call agent. They are lot of people that wish to try using ehailing app due to not having a smartphone they can't use the service but with this codes no body is left out.

The ussd code will be generated for each town Namride will be operating which means more call center will be required for operation. Our call center will offer more vacancy remote and physical. Remote job will always be available when the demand of trip request is high we will need remote agent to assist the call center agents to allocate request and assist client. More jobs opportunities contribute to no poverty with Namride operating in all 14 regions in Namibia we will have 14 call center for each region due to each region having their own ussd code.

Whith ussd we can able to run our service in each town of the country and this can contribute good revenue in the company as well as upgrading the company to consider launching our app into neibor country. More of our work will be remote allowing employee to work at the comfort of their houses or any place they feel it's safe suitable for their work. 05.08 Justification

Our ussd code will allow clients with no smartphone or data to request for ride or make delivery or reach for emergency. The current ehailing app is only used by client and driver's with smartphone those without smart devices are left out. With our code everyone can access the service easily. The usage of ussd code will require call agent that speaks various languages to accommodate almost every one and this is huge employment opportunities to individuals who know many languages

INDRIVE,YANGO, LEFA,BOLT. They both operate using the app and we have developed similar appand added some features like the driver has to type in an otp from the client before starting the ride which both competitors app don't have What makes us stand is our client is anyone that have sim card not smartphone
