StayBooking is a two-sided marketplace that serves both property owners and guests. Property owners offer their homes or rental properties on the platform, while guests book these properties for a specified period. StayBooking offers owners a platform to list and advertise their properties to a wide audience. By creating a listing on StayBooking, owners can reach potential guests who are looking for unique and affordable accommodations in their area.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

StayBooking addresses a range of problems within the traditional hospitality industry in Namibia by offering a more diverse, affordable, and authentic alternative to traditional hotels and accommodations. By leveraging technology and the sharing economy, StayBooking provides a platform that benefits both travelers and hosts, transforming the way people travel, experience destinations, and connect with each other around the country.

1. Extensive Accommodation Options: Our platform provide access to a vast array of accommodation options nationwide, ranging from apartments and houses to hotels, hostels, and unique stays like treehouses and boats. 2. User-Friendly Booking Process: We offer intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for browsing, comparing, and booking accommodations, with features like filters, maps, and reviews to help customers make informed decisions. 3. Transparent Pricing: Customers benefit from transparent pricing, with clear breakdowns of costs, taxes, and fees provided during the booking process. Additionally, our platform will often offer competitive rates and occasional discounts or promotions.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

Airbnb and Booking.com are our main competitors. What makes us stand apart from them is that we are Namibia focused and our service fees much lower and fits the Namibian hosts.
