For a household tracking company, we can assure that when a break-in happens we at Eagle's Eye GPS Technology can easily track down where items are been held or on-route too and recover them for our clients.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Eagle's Eye GPS Technology is a standard, unique and registered GPS household tracking company that will be located in Windhoek,Namibia. We are passionate in the pursue of excellence and financial success with uncompromising services and integrity which is why we have decided to start our own GPS household tracking business; where we install a GPS tracker in any item at your home, company etc.and monitor movement of all your items in case of theft.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

We are quite optimistic that our values and quality of service offering will help us drive Eagle's Eye GPS Technology cc to enviable heights. The main problem we are GOING to solve is recovery of stolen items/goods that the residents/citizens of Namibia invested in with their hard earned money, in a fast, secured way with our innovation/services. We believe we'll solve the problem where thiefs get away with goods and never get caught.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

The advantages of using our services are: 1. It is a reliable and fast way to recover your lost household items, say you had a lot of memories on your laptop that you know if it is stolen you will never have them again so that's where we come in. 2. We are aware that most people have insurance and they don't really think about theft of their belongings but anything can happen, and insurance wouldn't recover that stolen items but will rather give a new, say it's a TV that you bought in America and it's not available in Africa, we at Eagle's Eye GPS Technology will recover that TV. 3. Other advantage will be that, we'll make it so much easier for law enforcement to catch the thiefs behind all this robberies, also we will create job opportunities for a lot of Namibians as we will have to have a security team that will be responsible for being first on scene before police arrive.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

Before choosing a location for our company, we conducted our feasibility studies and market survey and we were able to identify those who will benefit greatly from our services. Basically those that will benefit from our service offering are households, transport companies, haulage companies and government agencies with fleet of cars/trucks etc.. We all work hard for our items, and it will be unfair someone comes and take it away and in that loss you also loose financial wise, so when we recover your items you save from purchasing another one which then you'll use that money for something else. We will also have job opportunities for individuals who want to make a difference in their community by being a security officer, GPS tracker installation and repair engineers/technicians, admins and HR manager Marketing executives, accountants, customer car executives, front desk officer.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

Our main potential competitors are car and fleet tracking companies, but we don't fear them, cause we stand out from them by being the only company available, that will focus mostly on household items/goods which get stolen everyday.
