Describe your project or startup in a few words

This is a karate academy that is entering schools and pushing karate as a sport and also running vulnerable youth classes that help kids that are less fortunate

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

With this academy we are pushing sports because I believe that academic success and sports go hand in hand and the discipline, confidence and co-ordination gained is extremely beneficial. I also want to have the platform to offer scholarship to these schools to our kids in the vulnerable youth program allowing them to excel in their life. And also giving something to look for something to push them to be great and break limits they might have had.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

"Idle hands are the devil's workshop" I want to eliminate this from the kids of this generation and allow them to grow and develop in ways that they don't think are possible A lot of kids I have taught fight in the streets disrespect their teacher and people around them. Which I want to come to an end

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your startup provides (at least 3).

- increase in hand eye coordination boosting the children's brain development allowing them to thrive in their academics - boosting self esteem and confidence- I learnt that confidence is built through experience and I give the kids an new uncomfortable environment that they need to traverse and this over times build their confidence in their capabilities - respect to the members of our community, it is very present in this generation to not respect members in our community and I believe it is a result of the not seeing people's value because they are locked in doors all day when people are around people and learn from each other this build not just respect but the ability to see and understand that other people have a complex life just like you once this is achieved their is a shift in attitude

Kids all kids from all backgrounds, where we can grow together despite our backgrounds

Through discipline we are able to drop youngsters doing bad and get themselves into trouble this is only possible if we are able to have regular classes so the kids are kept busy and have something they care about

A new way of teaching an old thing, this is crucial because times have changed and we still need to be able to add this value to our kids
