01.01 Describe your startup in more detail
African and underrepresented content creators have little to no Content monetization tools. They can't make money online doing what they love. The current solutions focus on the western market that have banking solutions that solve the problem. The creator economy is growing rapidly on a global scale, 22.5% CAGR. But this is more evident in Africa, 28% CAGR. To add to this, the internet penetration rate in Southern Africa alone is 66%. While smartphone penetration in Sub-Saharan Africa is 33%. There are very few tools being built to serve this market making now the best time to do it. Our product offers localised tools for content creators to use to monetize their audiences. It uses local mobile money that majority of their audiences are already using.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
African and underrepresented content creators have little to no Content monetization tools and yet they represent 40% of the 209 million Content Creators in the world. They can't make money online doing what they love. The current solutions focus on the western market that have banking solutions that solve the problem.

- Africa focused. Content creators, like writers, youtubers or podcasters, that have a strong African audience can earn money from their audience with our platform - They can improve the quality of their work. - They can spend time doing things they love without worrying about other things like marketing their content

Our target audience are African Content Creators. To help you understand more we have a few personas below. Meet our Target Audience below: John Mansa: - he is a Zambian aged 25 - he works at a law firm as a clerk - makes cooking videos on TikTok - has TiktTok 10,000 followers - has little to no sponsors on his TikTok but his fans keep growing Mary Muno: - she is a South African student in aged 21 - she teaches people to dance on her YouTube - YouTube doesn't pay her much - has 1000 subscribers

We are young, fast, knowledge hungry and want to break things fast
