we’re a technology company specializing in providing Cashless flexible solutions and crafting smart interactive event experiences, by using modern technologies to monitor event insights improving efficiency and quality throughout the event's lifecycle.

The main objectives include ;CASHLESS PAYMENT SOLUTION Various ways to debit and credit funds to the event tag using USSD/VISA/MOMO & Debit or Cash Measurable increase in sales through a safe contactless tap to pay system. Measurable decrease in queue times. TICKET SALES-Ticket purchasing via the Cluster Platform for convenience and larger ticket sale numbers. Customer Tag collection points . Secure and transparent transactions when purchasing tickets and event products before or during events. Customize tag types and run promotional codes to get the best out of your ticket sales for event revenue. ACCESS CONTROL-A gate system that provides a hands-free tap for access. Useful for events with zone control such as VIP and backstage access. VENDOR MANAGEMENT -Garner attendee engagement data by analysing how they interact and engage with your products and services. Transaction management. ANALYTICS Organizers can use live event data to analyze foot traffic, live product sales.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

As the number of events in Zambia has continued to rise, we have seen a variety of service offerings by organizers. Currently, the events value chain relies on manual processes to ascertain attendee spending behaviour. Event Attendee 50% of event attendees surveyed indicate the need for more seamless payment and event experiences. Event Vendors This customer segment also looks forward to payments to be made easier to reduce queues,Incease safety, transperancy thereby increasing sales. Event Organizers Lack of access to alternative revenue streams and data on event metrics. We know sponsors love this data, as it allows them to make more informed decision to better the next event experince Usability Customers want easy payment processes, more information about events in one place. Organizers and vendors want more data to attract the right sponsors and crowds

Our product offers the organizers access to event analytics and rfid technology which in turn can be used to make events memorable. Vendors can reduce queue time increasing revenue and make reconciliations post events much easier. Event attendees can be assured of a safe and quick purchase process.
