FLEC&C ou Free Love for Everyone Community and Consulting est un cabinet de conseil créé spécialement pour les jeunes afin de les aider à avoir un avenir meilleur.

A Madagascar, c'est difficile de trouver de travail, par consequent, des jeunes diplomés n'ont pas de débouchés et sont détruits par les circonstances qui passent. C'est la raison pour laquelle ce cabinet est créé, afin de conscientiser ses jeunes et éveiller la force qui est en eux. Le cabinet recrute des jeunes sociologues et jeunes psychologues. Ce cabinet fournit des conseils mais surtout des formations pour ses jeunes dans un domaine socio-professionnel et personnel.

La manque de confiance, un avenir detruit, problème de travail, difficulté à affronter les problemes et à les resoudres.
