Face à l'augmentation du prix des matières premières agricoles pour la fabrication des provendes , j' ai eu l'idée de valoriser la patate douce. Le projet consiste à produire , collecter et transformer la patate à des fins de la consommation animale.

Valoriser la patate douce consiste à sa transformation en farine et provendes. Pour arriver à cet fin, il est important faire la culture et de collaborer avec les agriculteurs locaux. Le projet sera un levier de l'économie Malgache car les éleveurs pourrons bénéficier de la diminution des intrants agricoles et les transporteurs par l'acheminement des produits.

L'idée de faire la transformation du patate douce m'est parvenu par le contexte actuel de l'élevage et de la sous alimentation. Premièrement, le prix des matières premières pour la fabrication des provendes est très élevé. Deuxièmement, la patate douce peut remédier à la sous alimentation dans le pays.

La transformation du patate douce sera bénéfique pour tous: - aide et appui au agriculteurs locaux - Baisse de prix des provendes - Complément alimentaire
